My 4th time of buying this propellant powder from here
Harry –
I use Red Dot to load 357 Mag for a T/C Encore pistol. Recently ordered a box of 500 Remington 110 grain jacketed bullets. The first 50 rounds I loaded I used H110. The accurracy was very disappointing. Had some Red Dot on the shelf and decided to try it. I used it with CCI small pistol primers and R-P cases. This is a great combo in my gun with very good accuracy. Very pleasant to shoot.

Red dot has very good volume for high efficiency handgun loads. Meaning, it nearly fills the case which makes for very consistent performance. When I test loads with the new Red Dot on the chronograph I’m always amazed at how low the SD’s are.Consider Red Dot when making up handgun loads as it can work very well and it’s inexpensive compared to some other choices.
kalson –
I like the red dot for low powered pistol loads. it seems to be clean burning and it takes less than most powders. seems to shoot fine and the powder is less than some I use. for just plain shooting the red dot seems to be as good as any and cheaper. so over all, I think it is a fine powder. ill b buying more.

I have been using Red Dot in shotshells for many years and in some handgun loads with cast bullets. A very usefull powder.

I have used Red Dot for 25 years in 12 Ga slugs & buckshot reloads. Burns very clean. This powder works well in light to medium bullet weights. It’s a fast burning powder.
